Start with a sketch, a reference photo or an idea. Your own mold starts from 500 pieces, and we review the structure and tooling with you.

The process

From idea to your first production run.

Send a sketch, reference bottle or rendering with capacity, neck size and target quantity.

We check wall thickness, base weight and neck fit with the factory and send a technical drawing.

After you approve the drawing and pay the mold fee, the mold is made and first samples are blown.

Once samples are approved, production runs from 500 pieces on a semi-automatic line.
